ESG Certification
Brunnen Industrie s.r.l. has implemented ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) certification, a certificate that measures a company’s commitment to sustainable and responsible practices in three main areas:
• Environmental (Environmental): assesses the company’s impact on the environment, including energy use, waste management, greenhouse gas emissions, use of natural resources, and efforts to combat climate change.
• Social (Social): considers the company’s relationships with employees, suppliers, customers and the communities in which it operates. It includes aspects such as working conditions, human rights, diversity and inclusion, safety, health and social engagement.
• Governance (Governance): analyzes the company’s management structure, ethics, transparency, accountability, anti-corruption and risk management.
ESG certification is not required by law, but it has become increasingly important for companies that want to demonstrate their commitment to sustainability and attract investors and customers who are increasingly attentive to these issues.
ESG, also known as sustainability rating, expresses an appreciation of corporate impact in the form of a rating.
